"They say never to bite the hand that feeds you, but what do you do when that hand isn't benevolent? Toxic relationships, while they may seem to offer the best, also contain the worst. They poison us, enveloping us in a painful paradox. It takes courage to break these ties and free ourselves from them, but it's essential to know how to protect ourselves and distance ourselves from what harms us."
